First Big Mess

It's all about the firsts. Jeffrey just starting crawling well this week. Until a few days ago he would only go very short distances. Our tile doesn't encourage comfortable and speedy crawling. But today he did it. He crawled into the kitchen and found the tupperware cupboard. Babies have tupperware radar, it's amazing. I loved the mess because it meant he could finally entertain himself. Yahoo!

first tooth

Jeffrey David has his first tooth! It's hard to see in the picture, but it's there. It's about time. It's still very tiny, but I think it's cute.

This is the less than glamorous side of motherhood. This is what my sweatshirt looked like after only 1 day. He loves to wipe his face on me. Mmmm! Yummy!

These cuzzies are the cutest. Orion is such a smiler and we loved getting to finally meet him. Next time they get together they will be best buds.

Super Fun Christmas

We had a super fun Christmas. It went by too fast. It took Jeffrey David a few days to warm up to it all, but by the end Pop Pop had him smiling. We sure packed in the fun with a trip to Seattle, Zoolights at Point Defiance, shopping and movies. It was great. I love being with family. It's even more fun as each little cousin comes along. I am overwhelmed with love and gratitude for my parents, siblings and their spouses, and all of the sweet little cousins, what a great family to be a part of.
