Sleepyhead

I don't very often get to see Jeffrey sleeping, I am usually busy around the house until I hear him wake up and I would never risk waking him up just to go watch him sleep. So I am glad Dave captured the moment so I could see what a beautiful little sleeping angel Jeffrey is.

Swim party

At the end of the two weeks of swim lessons they had a big party for all of the students. Here are some pictures of Ruby with Dave, her swim class, and her teacher Kami. It was a great party and we had lots of fun swimming and having a BBQ.

Baby

Don't anybody get too excited by that title, we are not expecting, but we do have a new baby turtle. We have 2 turtles in our yard and they must have had babies, but this is the only one I found wandering in the yard. It is so cute and tiny. We call her (or him) Baby. I don't know much about baby turtles, but we are doing our best and really crossing our fingers that it doesn't die.

Swim Lessons

These are pictures of Ruby at swim lessons. She is doing so great. She has a pretty fast dog paddle down and likes to hold her nose constantly, but we are making great progress. She has lessons at 8am and then comes home and swims in our pool all day. Even with sunscreen her fair skin just scorches after that many hours in the sun. But we are loving summertime.
