Our house is For Sale. We have been cleaning and working for several weeks and today we had our first potential buyer walk through. We aren't planning on moving far, we are staying in Albuquerque, but we just need a little more space for our growing family, and so Nana and Papa can have a guest room. I knows its a bad market, but we will just try, and see. If its meant to be it will all work out. If not, our house is a whole lot cleaner and more organized.
